Provides stability and in combination with the contoured midsole helps to control torsional stability AHAR+ - ASICS High Abrasion Resistance rubber is a tough compound used at the heavy contact areas of the outsole. it helps to reduce excessive wear. AHAR+ is a lighter version of the general AHAR. This is a great racing shoe not only for the athlete training but even up to the professional racing in competitions.
